Order Below £100

Any orders below £100 will  be shipped by Standard Mail by Royal Mail Ltd UK. Delivery estimate will take up to 7,  Tracking code will be given. 

Any order Spend over £100

Accessories Order:

For International and EU spend Over £20, and receive Free Shipping 

For UK spend over £10 and receive Free Shipping

If your are purchasing other item such as dress with some Accessories Free shipping will be include regardless.  

 

Please note that UK returns must be sent via the local postal service. UrbanChicOutlet does not cover the cost of UK delivery returns. 

 

Take the parcel to your Post Office™ within 7 days of receipt and remember to obtain a Certificate of Posting. 

 

Pleases Despatch Your Receipt and Certificate of Posting in a safe place as it will bear a very important, unique date of purchases and your full name you have made your purchases for. If for any reason we do not receive your parcel or you have a query about your refund, you should quote the  full date of purchased and your full name in all communication with us - without this information we cannot refund you. 

 

It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel should you choose to send it back to us via the Post Office™ or Parcel Collection Service. 

 

Please do not send any payments with your returns. 

 

For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on food, grooming products, pierced jewellery and underwear. In addition, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed.

 

Gifts, cosmetics and electrical goods must be returned in a good condition with their original packaging.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

 

Please note that all International returns must be sent via the local postal service. UrbanChicOutlet does not cover the cost of international returns. 

 

To return an item via international postal services please complete and detach included in your parcel, making sure to enter the most appropriate reason for the return, and fill in all the relevant details. 

 

Securely repack the items for return in their original packaging, together with the completed Slip, which has been given to you by us.

 

Please ensure that you  add your full billing address. Once you send to us.

 

Arrange delivery with the local postal service within 7 days of receipt and remember to obtain a Certificate of Posting ie Tracking Code
